Cancellation policy

Vacann Estate is committed to providing transparency and clarity regarding the cancellation policy of our services. Below you will find detailed information about cancellation of bookings and property management contracts.

1. Cancellation of Reservations

1.1. Advances and Guarantees: All reservations require a deposit or security deposit, the amount of which will be determined upon confirmation of the reservation.

1.2. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 15 days before the date of arrival will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the date of arrival will not be refunded.

1.3. Reservation Changes: Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. To request a change to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

2. Cancellation of Property Management Contracts

2.1. Cancellation Terms: Property management contracts can be canceled according to the terms set out in the contract.

2.2. Cancellation Notice:

• Customers must provide written notice at least 60 days prior to the desired contract cancellation date.
• The Company reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee, the amount of which will be stated in the contract.

2.3. Returns: Refunds for services not yet provided will be made in accordance with the terms of the contract. Charges for services already provided are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Procedure

3.1. Request Submission: To cancel a booking or contract, please send written notice to info@vacannestate.com. The notification must include the details of the reservation or contract and the reason for cancellation.

3.2. Cancellation Confirmation: After submitting your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation from our Company within 5 business days. The cancellation will be considered complete only after confirmation by our Company.

4. Special Cases

4.1. Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics), the Company reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy. In such cases, we will make every effort to offer flexible cancellation or rebooking options.

4.2. Special offers: Bookings made through special offers or discounts may be subject to different cancellation conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
